*The tariffs for the single use of king-sized bedrooms can be booked from Monday to Thursday only.
From Friday to Sunday these however have a 5% discount over the double room regular tariff.

RULES AND MEASURES COVID-19

Dear guests, please note that Umberto34-Luxury Home has reorganized the entire structure, particularly the common room, observing all the rules that has to be taken for your safety, against the Covid-19.

In the living room, the breakfast tables are placed respecting the social distance of 1 meter.

Right now the buffet breakfast is not allowed, so the guests can decide between the served breakfast in the structure (8:30-10:00), or the breakfast at the bar next our front door, with no limits of time.

The staff of course will serve breakfast wearing both gloves and face mask.

It is strictly forbidden for the guests to touch food or anything in the common room without wearing gloves.

At the entrance you will find a corner with the hand gel, that you must use both when entering or going out of the structure.

The staff will welcome guests wearing face mask and gloves, and we assure you a daily cleaning of the rooms and of the common room, with products certified by law.

Our guests, for their safety, can decide not to use the cleaning service, but this will not reduce the price.

We suggest, for your safety, to reduce the use of the air conditioning, and to try to use as much as possible the outside air.

In this period at the check-in we will check everyone’s temperature, including children.

In case your temperature is higher than 37,5 you will not be accepted in the structure, and we won’t refund you anything you already paid.
